For our custom products, you can cancel the order for free within 1 hour after placing the order; production will be arranged after 1 hour, and free cancellation is not supported. You need to send an email to canelorder@wealbund.com to cancel the order. Your order will be shipped within 3-7 business days after you place the order.

For orders shipped to Canada, please wait an additional 2-3 weeks for your package to arrive. The package is shipped by UPS from the United States or China and will be handed over to Canada Post after arriving in Canada. The tracking information of your package will be updated after it passes Canadian customs.

We provide free standard shipping service for orders over $180 in the United States and free standard shipping service for orders over $200 shipped outside the United States. Customers are responsible for paying all applicable taxes and duties.
